March 14, 2009 Luncheon Our group went to the St. Louis Science Center to see "Sue" the T. Rex. Joanne and Judy P. arranged this visit. Sue was massive. It was a very interesting exhibit and we had a good time. One of our group heard a little girl ask her mother, "Who are those ladies with all the 'stuff' on?" Her mother replied, "They belong to a club . . . like Girl Scouts." We had a laugh over that. Darlene put her hat on the replica of Sue's head. Doesn't she look good in red? Darlene goofing around.
Sue in all her glory. Marian in the gift shop with a toy dinosaur. Then we left the Science Center to have lunch at Rigazzi's Restaurant on The Hill in St. Louis. We celebrated Jane & Judy's birthday by playing Happy Birthday on our kazoos. Here they are in their tiaras.
There was another Red Hat group at the restaurant who came out and talked to us.
